In June, I announced that I will be passing the reigns over to Joanne in January as I begin working part time. Joanne will become President and CEO, the first non-Mann or Schaible in 99 years, and I am so excited. She is outstanding. I will remain Chairman of the Board. My plans are to work in the office a couple days a week and then spend more time with my wife Anne and our grandchildren. I look forward to seeing you in 2021!
