Employee Spotlight: Sheri Spears

Sheri Spears

Meet Sheri Spears, a Lead Customer Service Representative in the Chelsea State Bank (CSB) Dexter office. Sheri joined CSB in October with nearly 14 years of experience in banking. Over the last 10 months, she was working remotely in Customer Service and decided helping her customers in person was more conducive to her personality.

“For the past 10 months I was working customer service remotely,” said Sheri. “I came to realize that I liked most of the benefits of working from home, but it really wasn’t for me. I enjoy talking and helping my customers in person. I also enjoy working with my cohorts at CSB.”

If you want experienced, personalized customer service, visit Sheri at the Dexter Office today. As a Chelsea native, you may even know her!
