In April 2020, we decided to sell our family home and make plans to build our dream home. This three-year journey from hope to home could not have happened without the help of Mark Burmis and Chelsea State Bank. We found a great building contractor to deal with hiring a skilled local tradesman. Our role became that of financial responsibility. Chelsea State Bank helped us fill out the necessary paperwork needed to apply for a construction loan.
